As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on a meaningful year of growth in Sawgrass Park. From construction milestones and welcoming new homeowners to hosting themed community events, this past year marked an important step forward in the growth of the community.
First Milestones
2025 was an exciting year for Sawgrass Park as the community began to take shape. We celebrated our first homeowners taking possession of their new homes, marking an important milestone!
Construction continued steadily throughout the year, with new streets, homes, and green spaces forming the foundation of the community.
Community Moments
In September, Sawgrass Park hosted “Fall for Sawgrass Park”, welcoming residents, future homeowners, and the surrounding community for an afternoon of fall fun. Guests enjoyed family-friendly activities, toured the community, and had the opportunity to explore amenities that are on the way, including future pickleball courts, outdoor rink, and even a splash park!
Looking Ahead
With strong momentum heading into the new year, 2026 will bring continued development, new opportunities to experience the community, and more chances to connect with neighbours. We’re excited to keep building on what we started and to watch Sawgrass Park continue to grow.
